Surrender Your Golden

If you are no longer able to care for your Golden Retriever and would like to surrender your dog to rescue you can contact us at gulfsouthgoldens@gmail.com . We will do an evaluation on your Golden to see if we are able to accept them into our program. We are not able to accept any dog with a history of aggression toward people. We will ask you to sign a relinquishment form giving us sole ownership of the dog.

Please include the following info on your dog:

Age:
Gender:
Spayed or neutered:
Vets name and number:
Date of last vaccinations
Health status:
Please have Vet records available to determine if the dog is up-to-date on vaccinations,
or has any known heath conditions that require medication,etc. 
Please include pictures of your dog with your email.
